I'm a feeling a little ranty, in person only right now, about some job leveling information.. process transparency should make me less grumpy, but it's not at the moment. Basically, if I'm reading the description for my level right, I should have about 40 tickets in my ToDo pile, instead of in my InReview/Done piles, and should have spent the time I spent on those doing other things. I suspect I'm reading it wrong, and should only have about 10 tickets undone. BUT, whatever. It's not like it matters. I'm extremely self-career-limiting because I don't want to do the outward-facing stuff you're expected to do when you're a Principal or Architect and am too "what do you need done?" to get people to prioritize the things I think we should be doing. Whatever.
Maybe I shouldn't post while working on my self review, either.
