Today's breakfast is probably the most involved salad I've ever made.

We had some leftover ham (maybe turkey ham?) in the fridge. Still smelled alright. For some reason, after cubing it, I decided to fry it in a little sesame oil.

And I hard-boiled some eggs (ok, I used the egg cooker, but still. And they came out /slightly/ underdone, but not enough to be gross).

And I made some bacon. We have most of a package of odds-and-ends bacon, which I fried up nice and crispy then chopped up into the salad.

Better part of 45 minutes work, to make a /salad/. Crazy.

Hopefully it tastes good.
