So, I bought three packages of beef for the chili night. We only used two. I just used the rest. Two small little plain burgers for the puppy. One smallish plain for me. And then experimentation. I like to put various .. things in my burgers. So, one with a mix of fine-ground sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cheyennecayenne pepper powder. That's not unusual. But, see, I have this big costco container of minced garlic. Hm. So I took a couple forkfuls. Mixed some of it into a burger, with the above powders, and did another one without the powders, just the garlic.
