Here’s what’s in it for you:
An exciting, fun, start-up culture with offices in downtown Seattle. The chance to be part of a growing company that is one of the most well-known names in the casual gaming industry. Terrific benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k, bonuses and stock options.
They left out 'ability to tolerate rampant (and loud) insanity' under Qualifications. Don't forget, you'd be working with me.
Also, 'Love of plush germs and eldergods a plus'.
More concretely: I've got a bunch of stuff on my plate, including building an intranet from the ground up, with a heavy initial emphasis on HR tools, and a brand new customer relationship management system. I work fairly independently, dealing directly with the people I need to deal with to get my projects done and reporting back to my boss just to keep him in the loop as to what I'm working on, how things are going, and whether I'm having any problems. Generally speaking, if I need something I get it, or there's a reasonable reason I don't. I haven't managed to convince them that I need a Lexus RX400h for business purposes yet, but I'm still working on it. The environment is fun and relaxed.
And, you get to play games while they're still under development. Just wait until you see REDACTED and REDACTED! They're hella fun!
