Well, then.

Performance Rating: Exceeds
Leadership & Values Rating: Solid Strength

2006 Base Pay, effective April 1, 2006: $xx,000 per year (13.8% increase)
Discretionary Bonus Payment: $x,xxx
2006 Annual Grant: 1084 units (shares vesting per compensation year: 546 in 2007, 538 in 2008)

As usual, the Total Compensation Summary is full of LIES LIES LIES (what does the 60 day average have to do with anything? it's never anywhere near that when we can actually sell), but I can expect as much as $20k/y in stock, which isn't bad but isn't impressive either (remember when the recruiter said I could pay off my mortgage with my options, some day? pff.)

So. I won't be quitting on the power of righteous indignation. As vixyish notes, of course, I could still theoretically quit. But it would be less fun now. Barring any sort of cool offer from elsewhere, of course.

If you really want to know the x's, you'll have to talk to me in person personally. I don't much care for the company's policy of not telling anyone how much money you make, but that doesn't mean I'm going to post it.
