Was going to start a new CGM this morning, but I knew the transmitter was dead. Went to find the other transmitter.. ended up cleaning a large fraction of my office. Did, eventually, find it. Also hooked up the old stereo to Tarazed. Need to wire up the speakers properly, but it does work. I can get digital audio thru it. Time to retire the ancient Cambridge Soundworks amp I've been using for the past... 13 years? I haven't been able to get digital audio to work with it, thus no surround audio, thus things like Fallout have been slightly lacking.

Also went to put linux on the old 2nd-gen iMac. Discovered a) I already did so, b) I used a different password and can't remember it and c) I can't figure out how I installed it, because I can't get it to boot anything I put in it. Doesn't like the ISOStick, doesn't like any of the CDs I burned. Also, it's hard to find an install ISO that fits on a CD these days. ::)

Dag may have been the one who did the install. I vaguely recall him fooling around with the iMac when he was living here.

Ah. That would explain the hostname.
