My Cigna advisor, the dietician, is pleased with my exercycle plan, but wants me to eat less crap. My new endocrinologist wants me to tweak lantus, switch off pens for lantus, and reduce daily carbs to ~200g.
Got some work done tho. Back is annoying.
Prepped a huge amount of meat and started it in the sous vide. About half as much remains to prep tomorrow.
