I never finished my senior year of high school. So I went back to do so.
There were a surprising number of people I knew there, including people I went to school with (makes sense) and people I used to work with (doesn't).
Once I saw what the workload was going to be like for the math and language classes, I started freaking out. There's no way I could keep up a full-time work schedule for a west-coast company while also going to school full time in Kansas. I was going to have to cut back my hours, which would also mean a cut in pay. I couldn't afford this!

I woke up just as I realized I /could/ afford it, if I sold my private jet.

Silly, you could've just used the private jet to commute.

Right, but I can't work 8 hours a day, AND attend a full day of HS classes AND get my calc and (whatever language we were going to learn) homework done.

Oh right. Hm. Trade the jet for a time-turner?

Could I just pay someone to attend classes and do my homework for me? I mean, if I can afford a private jet...

the best part is that it never occurred to you that you could go to school here. :D

That would just be weird.

I had a similar dream last month, with respect to having to finish high school. But I had gone back to my parent's home to do that (and it was the old house that I grew up in), and didn't have to work, but I must have been doing something because I was so spacey I kept not making it to classes and stuff, and my anxiety was whether the missing classes and not knowing what was going on would get bad enough to outweigh the fact that all this stuff was brain-dead easy and the teachers seemed to like me.

I think you have a more ambitious dream life than I. :)

ROTFLMAO

Thanks for the morning howl! I have a similar recurring dream about not finishing college,.
