If anybody is still undecided as to what to get me for my birthday, a new garbage disposal would be good. We just found out where the under-sink leak was: a crack in the side of the disposal. ::P

Is that something that might possibly be fixed with the careful application of an electrical arc, shielded perhaps with an argon-CO2 gas? Cause I could hook you up.

The plus side of that is that garbage disposals are comparatively easy to replace. I'm very sorry that you had a leak, though!

ours is a massive pain in the ass. The double doors with a board down the middle prevent reasonable access, etc. We've done it before. *sigh*

You've got the two sinks joining with a T pipe, so the disposal's in the middle?
