I don't know how many fronts I can fight on at once. Need to finish one war before starting the next. But winter is coming and it's going to last a decade. I'm already tired.

I agree.

Love you, Crazy Uncle Marty.

We'll make it through somehow.

I am taking them one fire at a time, not expecting to put anything all the way out, but trying to get them down to embers before moving on to the next fire. My own fires are embers right now, REALLY FUCKING HOT WHITE embers, but still embers. So I have been working on those fires that other people are in the midst of where I can. Your fires are, alas, out of my wheelhouse.

But the best plan for any of us to identify what are our own fires, what of those fires we can put ourselves and what of those fires we need help with (and then asking for help), and what we are actually capable of doing for others and then doing it. One fire at a time, only as much as we are capable of, as many fires as we are capable of getting to. If we all do this, we can keep the fires from destroying everything.

and it's okay to need to focus on your own fires. It's hard to put a fire out for someone else if we show up on fire ourselves. <3

I think we have one front.
It's just a very large front.

Sadly, no. I'm already in one at work.
